Qualfon has been in the business of servicing our business process outsourcing (BPO) clients since our founding in 1996. We began as an IVR provider for clients—including a global stock exchange—and soon after partnered with companies like IBM and AT&T to provide sales and customer support for ISP services. From the beginning, we have focused on taking care of our people and, in return, they take great care of our clients and their customers. The performance of our people has made us one of the fastest-growing BPOs.

Today, we have more than 10,000 call-center agents servicing our international base of clients. We operate in the Philippines, Guyana, Mexico, and Costa Rica and will soon launch operations in the United States. Our Chief Operations Officer, Alejandro Romero, has been here since day one and has been involved in opening each of our centers and continues to provide top-ranking performance for our clients.

In preparation for continued growth, our founder and former CEO, Alfonso Gonzales, added key individuals to fulfill our mission of growth, excellence, and taking care of our people. In 2012, Mike Marrow joined our Qualfon family as our CEO and leader. Mike has a rich history in the BPO industry, including remarkable terms as CEO of APAC Customer Services and as Managing Director of Affiliated Computer Services’ Call Center Global Practice (now part of Xerox).

Bob Dechant also recently joined us as our Chief Sales Officer. Bob was responsible for creating meaningful solutions as the head of Business Development at Stream, as they grew from a $300M to $850M service provider.

Along with Mike and Bob, another highly experienced executive, Jack Magee, joined Qualfon as our Vice President of Client Services. Jack was the Chief Operating Officer at the ICT Group prior to its acquisition by Sykes. We believe that Jack’s 30 years of call center operations experience makes him the perfect client advocate and the right person to lead our client relations group.

We have a proud history of successfully servicing our clients and breaking ground in new locations. We constantly strive to create real value with the solutions we provide. Qualfon employs a frontier call center location strategy, was one of the first operators in the Philippines, and are still to this day the only significant operator in Guyana.
